Our in-house Machine Shop provides a seamless quality-assured service whilst our Pattern Shop provides bespoke solutions to meet customer needs. All production is to ISO 9001:2015 accreditation and fully traceable. A fast-track service is available to meet urgent needs. Aluminium
Aluminium alloy castings are standardised into two groups; general engineering and aerospace alloys: BS1490 General Engineering (grades LM4, LM6 and LM25) and Aerospace alloys. Contact the Fabricast Support Team
Aluminium Bronze
Copper-aluminium alloys where aluminium is the major alloying element. This range of combines high strength and high resistance to corrosion; depending largely on a thin film of aluminium. Contact the Fabricast Support Team
Brass
High tensile brasses - HTB1 and HTB3 are more highly alloyed and have greater mechanical properties. HTB1 has good corrosion resistance for marine and general engineering. HTB3 is amongst the hardest of the copper alloys. Contact the Fabricast Support Team

Gunmetal

Leaded Bronze

Phosphur Bronze
